General Conference Fees

All registrants are encouraged to  complete the registration form online.

Conference  fees include all conference program materials including a final agenda,, admission the general sessions and all workshops, and  invites ticketed meals,  reception and other scheduled activities.

¨ Registration fees do not include transportation or hotel stay.

All payment checks and purchases orders must be mailed to the address below along with a copy of the submitted registration form. Make all payments  out to:

* A receipt is provided upon submitting your online registration. Early Bird: To qualify for the Early Bird discount ($25 per-person incentive), your registration form must be postmarked or submitted online before February 8, 2019.

Late Registration: Registration submitted after March 2, 2019 is subject to an additional $100 fee.

 Group Rates: Appropriate only for teams of three or more persons from the same institution registering at the same time. Each person must complete their own registration form and mark that they are part of an attending team. Group registration is $475 per AEEE member and $550 for non-AEEE member, which may be combined with the Early Bird incentives.

Substitutions will be accepted at any time. Cancellations prior to April 1, 2019 will result in a refund less a $200 processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations after April 1, 2019.

Refunds: Registration fees made on or before April 1, 2019 are refundable after the conference (less processing charge of $200) if written notice of cancellation is received on or before March 16, 2018. No request for refunds will be accepted after April 1, 2019.

Early registration is encouraged. Reserve a spot for this year's conference by registering online by January 8, 2019.. Submission of the reservation form will hold your place. Payment must still be sent by mail or fax and received by  2/1/2019 (non-presenters). You can pay by check, credit card, or bill it to your respective institution/organization.
