2022 Annual Conference

Celebrating 45 Years of Service, Partnership, and Excellence

The 2022 Annual Membership Conference  will be at the La Concha Renaissance San Juan Resort, San Juan, PR, with the theme of Rebuilding, Rebounding and Reinventing. As of now this professional development and networking event will be a face to face in person gathering.

As always, this professional development conference is designed to provide attendees an intimate setting with direct access to presenters, share best practices with peers, priceless opportunities for networking, product and software innovations, and the ability to participate in open discussions and learn about changes needed to better serve our students.

AEEE’s priority is the health and safety of our TRIO community, including our members, staff, supporters, vendors, and volunteers, we believe that this event will handled with all the  necessary precautions  to preserve the well-being of the Association while creating an opportunity for success both in the present and future.

TEAM REGISTRATION

Applicable for teams of three to eight persons from the same institution, providing that all registrations are submitted online at the same time. Each team member’s personal information must be entered when prompted. Please select “team registration” as the registration type.

ONE-DAY ATTENDANCE REGISTRATION

$300 Applicable for individuals, vendors, or presenters not registering for the full conference, but wish to attend on Tuesday, April 26th or Wednesday, April 27th.

$400 Applicable for individuals, vendors, or presenters not registering for the full conference, but wish to attend on Tuesday, April 26th and Wednesday, April 27th.

TWO-DAY ATTENDANCE REGISTRATION

PRE-CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Pre-conference attendance is a separate registration; cost includes up to two people registering from the same institution plus materials, breakfast and lunch on both dates (Sun., 4/24/22 and Mon., 4/25/2022)

Member - $400 for 1,   $550 for 2                     Non-Member -  $500 for 1,   $650 for 2
  • AEEE membership shall be verified by the Membership Chair.
  • Refunds for registration cancelation are to be requested in writing on or before March 8, 2022.
  • The refund will be processed after the conference date, less a $200 processing fee.
